It was an excellent experience. As soon as we arrived, the person at the desk took our information. We didn't even have to wait, we were attended to right away and went to a room to be seen. Dr Gersh was very helpful with my mother and her condition with her toes. We had been to another podiatrist for her and the problem still persisted. I knew after the first 5 minutes that we wouldn't have that issue here. Great service without all the waiting!

Appointments are timely. Very little wait time. Efficient and FRIENDLY professional and office staff. Dr. Gersh is excellent at explaining whatever brought you in. He is collaborative in that he includes the patient in the decision-making process and welcomes questions. All options are explained and your decision is respected. I have found his treatment to be incremental, that is, he offers the simplest remedy first instead of starting with the most drastic and possibly) expensive solution. No one pushes you into anything. I have been using this practice for years and any problems I have had have been fixed or improved. Plus: Dr. Gersh is always smiling. 🙂

It was my first visit, however, as I said, the forms were not explained as completely as I felt they should. However, it was justified, and thing went well. The follow-up have been great. I feel quite comfortable as a new patient. An I'm schedule for follow-up appointments.
